- Experience in managing remote operations and support teams/staff.
- Managing business value of the product by ensuring business process and solution quality.
- Design business process and customer relations to ensure quality of service to end users.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, fluency with english and experience managing relations
- Graduate from a reputed institute/Post graduation preferred.
- Competent with english and hindi languages.
- 1-3 years experience.
